I had a great experience working with John. He was up front and honest about the loan experience and what we could expect from the first phone call. He was able to set himself apart not by potentially empty promises in hopes of getting my business, but by ensuring me he\'d take care of me as a client. Despite multiple other quotes I felt the most comfortable going with John and the National team. What stood out the most were his actions when unforeseen problems arose. Nothing ever goes perfect and apparently Texas has some oddities when it comes to refinances, but he was open about what was going on and we were able to come to a fair compromise that took care of us both. John (and the rest of his team) were also on point with communication. Very responsive to texts, phone calls, emails, and patient with the million questions that we had during the refi process. Overall, a great experience with John and would happily recommend working with him.

He was never pushy, he was willing to run number for me, and encouraged me to speak to other brokers and banks before making any decisions. After doing so, I decided to move forward with John and I couldn’t have made a better choice! A refi with the addition of other life events, can make for a very stressful time, but John was always available to answer calls, emails, and texts, which made the process better. Even with some unexpected challenges, John and his team worked to assure things went as smoothly as possible and kept me in the loop at all times. John and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. My wife and I constantly had questions, and John was always available to answer them with thorough explanations. What we really liked about John was that he made sure we understood everything about the loan, so that we felt comfortable. He was very straightforward about rates, amounts, etc., so we knew there wouldn't be any surprises later on when it came time to actually buy a home. To sum it up, John's honesty, patience, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail are what stood out to us. For anyone looking to purchase a home, John is the guy you want in your corner.
